Since there’s a wonderful bar in our appartment, we’ve been experiencing some fancy parties here. But while facing the duties of cleaning the mess on the next morning, there’s more to do if you’re playing the role of the in-house barkeeper.

Always keep in mind that someone might have used the shaker without telling you. It’s quite a nasty job clean the shaker after a week. To smell the mold upon opening the shaker to create a new cocktail just ruins the whole event. Fortunately, I’ve got three shakers… and only two have been used by other people. Next time, I’m going to control them each day. Seems like a „must do“ for now…
