Criterias for Weblog Service Providing
Markus K. Westner, the co-founder of Blogigo.de, published his Master Dissertation on weblogs, especially on the identification of functional requirements and evaluation of existing weblog services in German and English languages.

He evaluated 77 weblog services to create his criterias based on the detailed features and functionality implemented into the different software packages.
