Cocktail: Destillator

In Flensburg findet wieder einmal die gute alte Rum Regatta statt. Da darf es natürlich nicht fehlen, dass man sich im Freundeskreis zu diesem ruhmreichen Event den Rum reichen tut. Am gestrigen Abend nach einem erfüllten BBQ bei Oke konnte ich noch auf einen abschließenden Cocktail an unserer Bar einladen.

Cocktail: Destillator
1 Limette
2 tsp weißer Zucker
4cl Havanna Club 3 Anos
4cl Johannsen Übersee-Rum
2cl Licor 43
4cl Maracujasaft
4cl Ananassaft
2cl Grenadine


Nachdem die Limette mit dem Zucker im Glas zerstoßen ist, wird es mit Crushed Ice aufgefüllt. Danach werden die restlichen Zutaten in das Glas gegeben – fertig für selbstständige Rührmeister!

Cocktail: Green Jojo

We’re enjoying a small party session in our home. Probably, some more people will join these seven people who’re celebrating nothing else but the finalized moments of the week: It’s weekend again!

Green Jojo
4,5 cl Gin
2 cl Midori (Melon Liquor)
2 cl Triple Sec
2 cl Pinapple Juice
4 cl Peach Juice

Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker with crushed ice, shake it well and serve the greenish yelowish drink in a Caipirinha glass over crushed ice.

At the moment, Kat and myself are amazed about the webserver statistics! We blew the 2000 Hits with 1200 unique visits. Time to celebrate! :)

Cherry Rush
4cl Cherry Liquor
4cl White Rum
2cl Vodka
2cl Pinapple Juice
8cl Passion Fruit Juice
1cl Grenadine
1tsp fresh Lemon Juice

Mix everything in a shaker and serve it in a highball glas! That‘ s just too easy.
