Heute schon wieder einen Coldcall gehabt? Oder vielleicht doch von Firma XYZ zu Produkt ABC befragt worden? Das kostet uns immer wieder Zeit und damit Geld, wenn wir in unserer rühmlichen Freizeit von einem Callcenter-Agent angerufen werden, nur um das neueste größte beste schönste Vertragswerk am Telefon abgeschlossen zu bekommen.
