Marketing: Semester Decisions

Currently, I’m residing in the Marketing 1 course next to my fellow students. Surprisingly, the number of attending students is much higher than in the previous lessons – it’s the last time for this semester to participate in this class. Nevertheless, we’ve been debating the topics and issues for the upcoming semester with our Prof. Dr. Jens H. Fischer. The idea of creating an individual Marketing Plan by each student, the reading of our Kotler book and other presentational issues are brought by our lector towards us. Most students do not wish to align themselves to one 4 credit course with this depthful but intensive work.

I value the idea of creating a specialized Marketing Plan, but not as a task for an individual student, but as the usual economic environment teaches us – as a group practised by most companies.

    Dear Alex,

I’m studying „International Management“ (Bachelor of Business Administration) at the University of Flensburg, which is one of the most northern cities of Germany – close to the border of Denmark. The International Institute for Management (IIM) offers the IM-BBA in German with a language specialization in Spanish or Danish, on top of this we’re given a choice of numerous English language courses. You can find more information at http://www.uni-flensburg.de/iim … however the english/spanish part of the website are perhaps a little bit out of date.

    Best regards,
    Mike Schnoor
